Business Plan & Strategy Capstone
Partner with CBU students as they complete their Capstone Project in business strategy, marketing research, and decision-making skills. During these capstone projects, students can research industries and markets, analyze competitors, and diagnose business problems to identify practical solutions. From there, they’ll build comprehensive business plans, including strategy, operations, funding considerations, and implementation steps. Along the way, you’ll meet with students to shape the scope, provide feedback, and ensure alignment. By the end of the project, you’ll receive a written business plan, a strategic analysis, and a final presentation of recommendations, giving your organisation fresh insights and actionable strategies while helping students apply their learning in a meaningful way.
